In today’s modern classroom, students rely heavily on having access to digital devices like Chromebooks to be able to fully participate in the learning experience. Students that don’t have access to their own personal Chromebook may need to rely on a unit provided on short-term loan which can hinder their ability to work at home or keep up with their peers. The Waitakere College Foundation has contributed to the purchase of Chromebooks for needy students over the last few years.
